1. Ticketing and Payment

2.1 Conference tickets can be purchased online through our official website: www.moroccoplayexpo.com.

2.2 Online payments are processed by secure payment service providers.

2.3 Ticket rates are clearly indicated on our website. Processing fees may apply.

2.4 Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please review your order details carefully.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer service.

3.2 Refunds are subject to a specific cancellation policy, as indicated at the time of ticket purchase.

3.3 Cancellation fees may be applied in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3.4 No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the specified deadline on 15/02/2024 at 14:00 GMT+1.
